❤WHAT PIECES CAN YOU MAKE FOR A CUSTOM CASE?Take a look at my Mold Catalog to see what pieces I can make. I'm always trying to add new molds to my collection. If you don't see a shape/design for a piece you want on your case, I can find a mold specifically for your case. However, I do require adding on the exact cost of the mold to the total cost of your custom case. If you need me to get a special mold for your case, feel free to contact me.

❤WHAT IS AN ARTIST CHOICE CASE?An Artist Choice case is a partial custom case. You get to choose the style (Full Whip w/ One Image Piece, Full Whip w/ Two Image Pieces, or Border Whip w/ a Center Image), and the character you would like featured on the case (can be any character). I as the artist will be choosing the color scheme, pieces, and any add ons. And unlike a custom case, I will not send you layouts to choose from before finishing your case. It will be a complete surprise! An Artist Choice case will come with the following: Up to 2 whip colors One side add on (either a rhinestone border, drip sides, or a lace border)

Step 2: In the description, you will find a link to Step 2. Click on the Step 2 link to select your phone model. You must add your phone model to your cart.

❤HOW DO I ORDER A LAYOUT?You can find all available layouts & customizable options here. If you want to order more than one layout, please order each case separately. **Step 1 & Step 2 are mandatory for ordering your custom layout** Step 1: Add your favorite layout to your cart Step 2: In the description, you will find a link to Step 2. Click on the Step 2 link to select your phone model Step 3 thru Step 5: Go back to your layout listing & in the description you will find links to Step 3 thru Step 5. Make sure you add everything you would like in your cart before checking out. If it is not included in the order, then it will not go on your case.

❤CAN I HAVE MY CASE REMADE FOR A DIFFERENT PHONE MODEL?I do offer remakes at a 20% discount for decoden cases if you have upgraded your phone model. I will however need the decoden case returned to me so that I can reuse the cabochon pieces. If you need a case remade, feel free to contact me here with the subject line "Decoden Case Remake" And include the info below; - Describe the case that you want remade: - New phone model:

❤HOW LONG WILL MY ITEM TAKE TO SHIP?Custom & Artist Choice decoden cases take 3-4 weeks, possibly longer if I need to order special items. Made to Order & Layout decoden cases take 2-3 weeks, possibly longer if I need to order special items. For items in stock, our turnaround time is 1-3 business days after the order is placed. For pre-order items or items that have to be manufactured, the shipping time varies and will be in the description of each individual listing.

❤DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?Yes, we do ship internationally. However, at this time we are unable to ship to the UK and EU.

❤CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?I accept cancellations and refunds up to 24 hours after the purchase has been made. After the 24 hour mark I do not accept cancellations or refunds due to any circumstance.

❤I THINK MY ORDER GOT LOST IN THE MAIL. CAN I HAVE A REFUND?All orders will come with a tracking number so that you can keep an eye on where your order is during the shipping process. Unfortunately once I drop your package off at the post office, whatever happens to it during the shipment process is out of my hands. I do not accept refunds because of this.
